BIOGRAPHY OF QUEEN UGOBEZE, DR. UBA IWUNWA, CO-FOUNDER/VICE PRESIDENT, IKENGA-ABIAMA HUMANITARIAN ASSEMBLY ABIRIBA (IAHAA)

Her Excellency, Ambassador Dr. Uba Iwunwa, is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Ikenga-Abiama Humanitarian Assembly Abiriba (IAHAA). A quintessential African crown Queen, HRM Ugobeze takes pride in her cultural background and devotes her life and creativity towards promotion of African cultural diversity and heritage.

 

Dr. Uba is a Nigerian-Canadian Artist, Actress and #1 International Bestseller (Guinness World Record) author. She is also a nine-time Honorary Doctorate Award recipient in Diplomacy, Philosophy, Peace and Human Rights, accredited through global humanitarian leadership, as well as the World Peace Diplomatic Ambassador of Canada.

Dr. Uba’s award-winning global humanitarian work, pride in cultural heritage exchange through her music, movies, educational lectures and performing arts as well as her Human Rights advocacy and numerous various community charity work earned her the face and voice for global peace and the lifetime ‘Queen of Peace.’ She is an alumnus of the United Nations University, USA. Doctorate in Social Work (PhD). Chief Ambassador AUGP/UNUGP Canada and the Royal Empress of Peace.

 

Uba understands the impact of culture and the ways culture weaves into the collective consciousness and fabric of every nation and so blends her creative works on the truth that music is a universal language for love that speaks only to the soul. She believes that the exchange of cultures through music, writing, and performing arts open the gateway to a deep understanding of each other’s soul which yields respect for human dignity, a person’s right for individuality, collective respect for humanity, and human rights for all especially, the generation of the youth inheriting the world in front of them.

 

Dr. Uba Iwunwa is the Ancestral Queen Ugobeze Ikemba 1, Onye Ishiala Ulakwo Agwuru-isi Ancient Kingdom, Etche Ethnicity, Rivers State, Nigeria. Her royal stool on the throne of Eze-Ikemba 1 was officially commissioned on October 1, 2021 by His Excellency, King Prof. Engr. Ambassador Onyeche Promise Obinna, Eze-Ikemba 1, Elders and Council of Chiefs at Eze Ikemba Palace in line with customs and tradition of the royal kingdom.

The official Coronation of Queen Ugobeze as the African Royal Queen-Mother took place at Ofu Obi Cultural Center, Enugu State, Nigeria on August 17, 2022. She was crowned alongside the legendary gospel artist and World Peace Ambassador, HRH Ambassador Dr. Felix Ndukwe (Eze-Oha), the Veteran Nollywood Actor HRH Eze-Okwe, Sir Pete Edochie, African Movie King (Ezekaibeya 1 of Africa) at the Royal Throne of HRM Prof. Barthsy Ojoi Enebiene - Aba Obazi IV and the African-British Commonwealth Institute of Ancestral Linear Descent Royalties; Chief Judge, the National President of the National Association of District and Customary Courts Judges of Nigeria.

Dr. Uba Iwunwa is the co-founder of the Supreme Council of African Ancestral Kings and Royalties (SCOAAKAR). She is also a royal princess and the founder of a registered royal bloodline family heirloom, the “Monarchy Of Yaya. She is also the “Ola-Eze” Ndigbo of Obieziokwu Palace Ghana as well as the royal Ambassador General of the International Royal Representative of the throne of HRM. Eze Dr. Ambassador Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu. Eze Ohazurume- Ezeigbo Ghana (Traditional ruler of the Igbos resident in Ghana).

 

Uba was born at Ogbo Hill Aba by Elder (Mazi) Josiah Achinulo Chinyere (Omeonu-Uwa) and Madam, Egondu Margaret Chinyere (Nee Nwanguma) of Okoro-Okwara/ Amorji Ugwu Village, Nkwerre, Imo State. Uba attended National School Nkwerre for her Primary school and St Catherine Girls Secondary School, Nkwerre for her secondary education before proceeding to study Fashion Designing, Modeling and Cosmetology at Geodora Fashion School, Owerri, Imo state capital. She equally obtained a diploma certificate in Desktop Publishing at Wesley Theological College, Owerri (a diploma program affiliated with the University of Nigeria Nsukka) before her emigration to Canada.

 

Shortly after arrival in Canada, she joined Hardisty World Newspapers and was trained as a member of the Alberta Weekly Newspapers Association as a Content Creator. Uba later studied Film and TV at the company of Rogues Actors Studio Calgary, Alberta Canada.
